The Alumni Leadership Forum (ALF), an annual event founded in 2010, features workshops, trainings, and programs that bring together St. John's alumni, faculty, and administrators for a working weekend, during which college staff share current goals and let alumni know how we can support programs in Admissions, Career Services, and Alumni Giving. ALF rotates each year between the Annapolis and Santa Fe campuses, and all alumni are invited to attend. Your contributions are invaluable.

At ALF, you can get involved with alumni working groups, chapter projects, the Class Agent Program, career affinity groups, and the SJC Online Community. An annual Alumni Association meeting convenes during the ALF weekend, and there are social and networking events that bring alumni together with tutors, college staff, and administration. ALF also provides the college with the opportunity to recognize, reward, and thank alumni for the critical role we play in the success and sustainability of the college.

By attending ALF, you have the opportunity to:

Get up to date on the state of the college and find out how to volunteer or otherwise support efforts to advance the college.

Share experiences and insights with fellow alumni to develop and improve our effectiveness as volunteers.

Participate in a dynamic network of professional alumni, bringing diverse talents and experience to bear on challenges facing the college community.

Get to know college staff and learn how to support the programs and initiatives they are developing and implementing on behalf of the college.

> Volunteer for an alumni working group to advance ongoing projects and sustain alumni-college collaboration between ALFs.

Develop and share resources to support new regional chapters and energize or expand existing ones.

Become a class chair or class giving chair and reconnect with old friends while energizing and expanding the alumni community through the Class Agent Program (CAP).

Develop an alumni affinity group for your profession to share resources with other Johnnies in your field—and offer advice to young alumni or prospective students entering these fields.

Attend and participate in the annual meeting of the Alumni Association.

Work with Alumni Relations staff to identify additional volunteer opportunities that suit your unique talents and resources.

Meet new people and deepen existing friendships through shared service.
