Notice of St. John's College Alumni Association All-Alumni

Meeting and Election

 

We invite you to join us for the All-Alumni Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 10, 2023, from 10-11:30 a.m. MT on the Santa Fe Campus in the Junior Common Room of the Pritzker Student Center (9-10:30 a.m. PT / 11 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. CT / 12-1:30 p.m. ET for those joining via Zoom). This meeting is open to all alumni, students, faculty, and staff.


Immediately following the All-Alumni Meeting will be a brunch on campus co-hosted by the Association and the College. All alumni and meeting attendees are welcome! To register, visit bit.ly/CallingAllAlumni by August 30.

For those unable to attend the meeting in person, a live video stream will be provided. For more information about how to dial in from a phone, please reach out to sjcaa@sjc.edu.


Early voting is now available online!

Early voting is available until Thursday September 7, 2023 via the following methods: online ballot or mail-in ballot.

All mail-in ballots must be received in the Alumni Office in Santa Fe by 5 p.m. MT on Thursday September 7, 2023. No ballots may be cast by proxy.

Voting will also be conducted in person at the Annual Meeting. Ballots will be provided to those attending this meeting in person in Santa Fe.
