The Annual Meeting of the SJC Alumni Association is scheduled for Sunday June 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Conversation Room of the Annapolis Campus.  The Order of Business is as follows:

1. Election of Directors, Officers, and BVG representative

2. Summary of ALF and areas of focus for the SJCAA in FY 2017

3. Motion of thanks to Chris Nelson

4. Motion of support for the College

5. Discussion of College Re-organization

6. New Business

We will try to remember to restate all questions from the floor, and will have a Board member monitoring our email address (sjcaa@sjc.edu) for questions or comments from remote attendees.  The meeting is being held in the Conversation Room using a Polycom conference phone, however, so please set your expectations accordingly.  Apologies in advance for any frustration due to telecommunications. 

For those of you not familiar with how the Annual Meeting operates, please refer to Article IV of the By-Laws and Section 7 of the Code of Operating Resolutions.  If you cannot attend the meeting, either in person or by telephone, you can give your proxy—for matters except elections—to someone attending.  Please see Article I of the By-Laws for more information on Proxy.
