Get Involved with SJC

Alumni volunteers are the lifeblood of the Alumni Association. Whether you lend us your time, talent, passion, career expertise, or ideas, St. John's students and alumni benefit from your efforts. There are several ways to get involved:

  • Attend the Alumni Leadership Forum
ALF is an annual, three-day event that rotates each year between the Annapolis and Santa Fe campuses. Since its founding in 2010, ALFs seminars and sessions have brought together St. John's alumni to learn about the current state of the college and how alumni can engage with and support the St. John's College community, whether through alumni chapters, as Class Chairs, or as part of one of the Alumni Association's working groups.
  • Lend your efforts to an Alumni Association Working Group
The Alumni Association has a number of working groups, each dedicated to a specific area of support for the college and alumni community. Each working group is led by a member of the Alumni Association Board. Click here to learn more about each working group and for contact information.
  • Assist with Admissions Efforts
In an effort to increase future enrollment, the college is dedicated to increasing visibility and awareness of St. John’s College. Alumni are the best advocates for the college because they have personally experienced this transformational education and are able to talk about it in a way that is authentic and inspiring. The Admissions Offices invite all alumni to help with several enrollment initiatives that are not too time-consuming, and will provide genuine benefit to the college; click here to explore!
  • Assist with Student & Alumni Efforts
The Alumni Association, in partnership with the college, is dedicated to the development of volunteer opportunities that engage and connect alumni with one another, support current students, and provide meaningful ways for alumni to support the mission of the college with their time and talents; click here to explore!
  • Get in touch with the Alumni Association Board with nominations for new honorary alumni, Awards of Merit, or board representatives.
